Products

Ridavé products are made to order. Product images are provided for representation, and minor differences in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting and printing processes.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product and fulfilment availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Ridavé may contact the customer regarding an alternative solution or refund the applicable amount.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable at the time an order is successfully placed will generally apply to that order.

Order Acceptance

Ridavé reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, technical errors, product unavailability or other legitimate operational reasons.

Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate information during checkout. Ridavé is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Delivery

Delivery is performed through third-party logistics partners. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination and circumstances outside Ridavé’s control.

Returns and Replacements

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by Ridavé’s Returns & Replacements Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All original Ridavé artwork, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, website content and other intellectual property belonging to Ridavé may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed or commercially used without written permission.

Fraudulent Activity

Ridavé reserves the right to cancel orders or restrict customers where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or repeated misuse of the store, payment system, COD service, refund process or return policy.
